About HRUNLOCK

Every institution runs on a code it has never read. We read it.

HRUNLOCK Africa is built on one simple idea. Every institution runs on a code it has never actually read. This is a silent set of inherited, emotional, and cultural rules. It isn't the strategy or the budget that decides what people do. It is that code.

We decode that code. Our approach comes from years of field research inside African institutions and doctoral work in cultural and behavioral science. We are a team, not just one person. We work at the intersection of culture, psychology, and behavioral science. We look at how your people behave and what your public believes, then we turn that into trust that actually lasts, both inside and outside the institution.

Our credentials aren't a list of people we know. They are based on our precision. We can name what is happening inside your walls before we ever step foot in them.

Where this came from

A note from the founder

For more than ten years, I watched capable institutions spend heavily on change that never stuck. The reason was always the same. There was a code running silently beneath their policies. No reform reached it, simply because no one had identified it.

I learned to read that code and name it. It took research, but it also took my own difficult season. That time taught me what no classroom could: the deepest problems in human systems aren't technical. They are existential.

But naming is just the start. That work was never meant for one person. Changing an institution's code requires a practice, not a personality. That is why I built HRUNLOCK as a method and a team. I wanted to make sure this work would outlast me.
